This is a "Very Rare" Publicity Cel of the Limited Edition of 300* "SOLD OUT/NO LONGER AVAILABLE"*  of Hanna Barbera's Snagglepuss  "Snagglepuss Director"

Comes framed matted with a COA in good condition.

This Edition was designed by Hanna Barbera artist Iraj Paran ...Very few Publicity Cels were given to Art Gallerys to promote the Edition....

This is a 12 field Cel from 1988

Mr. Paran is a legend in television animation and his career has spanned over 30 years. He began working in the Background Department at Hanna-Barbera
Productions. In 1970, three years after Bill Hanna hired him, he became Art Director in charge of studio's Art Department. Iraj was responsible for Graphics
and Title Design, development, and the comprehensive coordination of art for production, cel art, licensing and merchandising, publicity art, home video, and
retail store.

In the following years, Iraj would become Bill Hanna and Joe Barber's "right hand", designing presentation artwork that Mr. Barbera would take when he
was "pitching" shows to the television networks. Iraj would travel with Mr. Hanna on various marketing and promotional trips to educate and introduce
products to licensees, domestically and overseas.

Iraj created the signature Hanna-Barbera logo which is recognized worldwide. This logo has been used extensively in print form, on the Boomerang and the
Cartoon Network. He was instrumental in Hanna-Barbera's Cel Art Division that helped create and ultimately led the way to a very viable business for the
studio and animation industry as a whole. In 1990’s, Iraj made personal appearances at various art galleries and Hanna-Barbera's retail stores across the
country to discuss the process of animation and help attract customers and awareness to animation fans of all ages.

Iraj continued at Hanna-Barbera until Warner Brothers finally sold the historic building on Cahuenga Boulevard. Since then, he has worked on various
projects as a freelance artist for Cartoon Network, Disney Consumer Products, Disney Channel, Buena Vista Home Video, MGM Animation, Ruby-Speears,
Saban Entertainment, and PorchLight Entertainment.

They were the first Limited Editions produced by Hanna-Barbera studios which launched the start of the cel art activities in 1988. Unlike the later years, these editions have the entire cel area
hand painted - leaving no clear areas, thus no separate rendered background was needed. The cel edtions were 300.

This unique Cel was created by one of Hollywood's famous artists.....

****The joint efforts of William Hanna and Joseph Barbera have had a powerful and lasting impact on television animation. Since the late 1950s, Hanna-Barbera programs have been a staple of television entertainment. Furthermore, a great many of the characters originally created by Hanna and Barbera for the small screen have crossed the boundaries into film, books, toys, and all manner of other media, becoming virtually ubiquitous as cultural icons.

This is your chance to own a little piece of that magic...

This beautifully hand painted animated cel from Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera.****
